Our take
I picked up this T-bar row attachment for my home gym, and it's been a workhorse. The lock knob keeps the bar secure even with heavy plates—I've loaded it up to 300 lbs without issue. The e-coated finish seems durable and hasn't rusted yet. It's also adjustable and works with both Olympic and standard plates. For $40, it's a great value. The only downsides are the smooth grip (I prefer knurling) and the plastic components feel a bit cheap, but overall it's a solid addition for rows.
